Committee Chairman:

The role of the Planning Committee is to assist the Board of Directors and the organization to think strategically in planning for the future of the program.  Formulating strategies and recommending new initiatives to advance the growth and development of the program.

Research and develop innovative strategic plans to advance REACT International:

• Mission  
• Objectives 
• Goals
• Membership
• Training
• Capabilities
• Finances
• Field operations
• Oversight

Develop and recommend a timeline of goals for implementation of these goals.

Identify the potential cost of implementation and potential sources of funding to accomplish the recommended goals

Identify the potential resources needed for implementation of these goals i.e. personnel, equipment, assistance from other committee’s etc.

Research, develop and write grant applications for REACT International to support the program, councils, teams, and field operations.
